[mod] Interracial Takeover 3rd Edition?

Is this mod a continuation of the previous ones or a complete replacement for them? Is there more content here than in the previous parts or not yet?

Theres a option, and honestly I think it would be to much to think about modding in right now; for a system likle the Iberian Struggle or Iranian Intermezzo.

You would probably have to make the entire map the area, and all cultures involved and the 
Intermezzo set up would work better as a templete for a 'cultural invasion'. (What said can you be in both the Intermezzo and Struggle at the same time? Game might break.)

The exact Involved character effects for each stage, stage triggers and the like would up for debate; but the 'end's being some system of 'Victory' via x number of black rulers in europe, 'Loss' via x number of non-black rulers in africa, or a mixed cuck based Concession ending. With (and I don't know if its possible) the Struggle only starting after some kind of threshold is reached (say 1st black king in europe).

I'd guess 3 phases focused on Intruge/Seduction/Infiltration, a middle 'quite' phase of consolidation, and a war based phase; with seduction, marrige and conversion pushing towards the infiltration phase and cucking, wars and taking/giving land pushing towards war. Then just fill the system out with appropirate re-skinned bonuses that are already used in the Iberian Struggle and Iranian Intermezzo.

Of course the struggles system as a whole has those who don't like it; but its a path that the mod might have gone down, and maybe somthing to think about for v10.0

All the old content seems to be in, just modified and updated. Remove old folder and add new one.

Will there be an event from the female POV for the war event? Also would love to see the female POV for  bno_title_change_0004, where the wife kills her husband to give titles to her lover. Love the addition overall!!

hi, did you see my report of an event bug? you didn't respond and didn't mention it in the update log. I also update another localization file cause the former one has missed some text. there's still some missing text for some reason. Maybe it's not in the localization files. I'll update the localization files right away.

I think you got the right localization file, and I think you also see the bug report. also next time can you point out the localization files you updated? some times it's pretty easy to miss one or two if it's under some folder's inner folder. If that's too much work, at least tell us how may file you've added and updated. :)

hello :) sorry no updates for today, i was so busy with some other task , i have to pull an all nighter for that today :( honestly its so encouraging seeing how much people liked the mod!

don't push yourself too hard, just updated the localization file simp_chinese.zip 

maybe you can reduce your update frequency, it might be better for your health and the project, it also give players more time to find more bugs :)

Okay, maybe you can put up a pre-release version out, and wait for peaple to test it as well as people updating the localization files. And then, along with the updated localization files, you upload the release version. I never see any mod author update mods so frequently

Or you can just slow down your update speed, the mod doesn't need to be updated daily, get some rest, which will better you health and quality of the mod.

I deleted this code and it became normal. I don't know if other rules have any impact

@skullgirls_ Hey long time lurker here but I felt like I had to give you props. You've done a hell of a job with the mod so far. I was also looking through the files and I noticed a trait icon for a bull in the gfx folder. It's not being used for anything and I figured there's some potential there seeing as how you have code for "is_blackbull" in scripted triggers. Maybe a trait can be implemented and assigned by character interaction or an event? Just a thought.

with game rules set to not spawn any bbc unless player decides to, they still spawn, but with random cultures

 

update: slowly everyone in North Africa is gaining Black and BBC traits for no reason, and people all around the world getting bbc courtiers. not a mod comp issue as i tested in vanilla

hey thanks, it seems the trait maintenance doesnt check for the game rule yet, let me add that to my bug tracker, thanks for the report!

sure :) as always people that request a new trait, they have to give me what stat is appropriate for it! i can give the generic +10 martial and +20 prowess, but whats the fun in that :smirk:

I played this mod a little, and here are a few things that I think could improve it (that doesn't mean the mod is bad, it's just great):

Localization - I can't speak for all localizations, but the Russian localization isn't very good. It would be better to remove it because it really spoils the impression (if necessary, I can provide my own Russian localization; it's not perfect, but it's definitely better than the current one). By the way, during localization, I noticed that different languages have different numbers of files. I wonder why that is🤔).

The number of BBCs on the map and the time of their appearance - 20 years have passed in the game, and during this time all my vassals and courtiers have become connected with the BBC in one way or another, and the knights on the map have become predominantly BBC, which has greatly upset the balance. Perhaps it would be worth adding a new rule or event so that BBCs do not appear on the map immediately, but after a certain amount of time, reducing their number and setting a limit on BBCs to one kingdom (if possible), in general, making BBCs not something commonplace, but rare and exciting.

I also noticed that some events appear too often and it doesn't make any sense (for example, BBC takes a girl from the dynasty as his wife) appears every month with the same girl.

And a couple of suggestions for expanding the mod:

Create a new event tied to the feminization of men under a certain age (for example, 25). There is probably something similar now, but this event is not as big as it could be (you can add a new icon and property). Revise religion - you can also create a separate event for it, initially making it neutral for others, but after obtaining three sacred places, reform it into something aggressive (I'm not sure if this is possible in practice, but in theory, it could be turned into some kind of event). It would probably also be more logical to make it so that BBC is more likely to have the properties of gigantism and strength and less likely to have the negative properties of dwarfism (if this can be set via script).

I have general concepts on how to implement all these improvements, so if you like anything, let me know. And thanks again for the mod, I'll be waiting for updates!

P.S. Is there a place where all the changes to the files are stored, because translating all the files again with every update is not very cool

i wanna ask how to transform the skin color of black humans in this mod into that color in the base game? I think the mod's skin color of the black is too dark.

Event: "His Coin, Her Pleasure" needs some work.

The idea that a Queen who has not gotten the Curiosity trait, would just submit and let herself be whored out (with no choice for the player to reject), to a courtier of a vassal of a vassal, just because she lustful, breaks the suspension of disbelief.

I get why its there, but I think lustfull and maybe even black curiosity (seen as it framed from the angle of 'fantazising about the idear of it, but has not done it yet'), should be removed from the 'at least one of these'.
