Game Crashes when Using Bashed Patch for leveled lists

Basically the title. The game will load up just fine and all that but when I attempt to load into a new area or save, the game immediately crashes. this only happens when I use bashed patch for merging leveled lists, (I can play the game just fine without it, but I really would like there to be more variety in what weapons and armor I'm finding) and from what I can glean from the crash logs, it may be related to my dragon mods. here's the crash log, any help figuring out whats going on and how to fix it would be very much welcome:

Have you checked that you are doing it correctly?

 

Have you tried re-doing the bashed patch?

 

Have you tried doing the patch without the dragon mods?

In addition to what Grey Cloud asked, have you removed any mods from your load order since making the bashed patch?

 

Re-doing the patch as GC suggested would probably fix the issue if you have.

yes I have to all of the above. I've rebuilt it multiple times, and even set it to *only* touch the leveled lists, but it still just crashes. Tbh, the game runs perfectly fine without it, so I'm debating on whether I even need it.

You cannot just fix lvl changes by removing mods. Those lists modify the actor base.

Actor base is burned into save. Actor base will be modified on a level up. If lucky this might fix some problems, not all.

If you know which actor causes it, get the id and recycle.

All in all, lvl list changes new game strongly recommended.

I didn't remove any mods tho, the bash patch just isn't working at all.

 

Edit: seems I wasn't clear on that. I was saying yes to the having rebuilt the patch.
