Well, it's not just penises, but bodies overall. They all look like they were taken straight from R34, with colossal asses and tits. I suppose I just prefer more realistic bodies. I'll try to edit them for myself. CBO had this submod that made variation less dramatic.

The apperances are DNA + Traits.
They are not all exaggerated - by that I mean it is not forced to happen - but usually a character inherits moderate sizes and then has that inhanced by fat % and traits as well. You can still find sldender bodies, and if thats what you want you can only have children using characters that fit that image.
Your own screenshot appears to have the Warlord who proves my point 😅

I tried this MOD, and the character body shapes are indeed more attractive than CBO, but I should report some issues: the character's legs clip through the clothing models.  
Other than that, I haven't noticed any major problems yet, as I've only been trying it for a short while.  
Below is my MOD load order. Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?

Every clothing like that needs certain shrinking to stop cliping. Not all use the same values, the process of reducing it takes time. On the current Dev build, more of these issues have been fixed, but there are still some.

help when i use barbershop and change the clothes from default option the dick model is missing for my futanari character, i use the same default loadout for either AGOT or Vanilla playthrough. the problem is persist in both of them.

hi, i just downloaded the AGOT patch for the female dragon portrait problem and now all my dragons became gray newborns without stats. this happens even in new playtroughts.

Change her legwear and clothing to none first, then it will come back. Still not sure why clothing that is not default does this. Underwear doesn't effect this.

Never had that happen to me. For a start, place Phaze Body above Clothjing Compatibility. Do you have other mods that change the Dragons? If you do it is most likely conflicting. If you are using a Mod like AGOT Sundry which changes 3D items but does not have a Phaze Body patch that would also be why.
