Whenever I enter the main menu and try to create my own character, the game crashes, I've uninstalled and redownloaded the game, yet the game still crashes. Running the game in de-bug mode with DX11. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have not experianced this. You could try adding better barbershop and the Phaze Body extention for it but that probably would not help ruler designer.
Another step is remove all saves on your system.
Considering it crashes on ruler creator, it sounds like it is trying to load assets that are missing. You could try re-downloading the mod.

Carnalitas seems to be crashing the whole game for me. Maybe it's that?

Oh yeah that's been mentioned two updates ago I think  

Multiple styles as well.

Hard to say which clothes will be in this upcomming update but at least one full set will be, that I can be sure of.

PSA for anyone who cant seem to get this to launch without crashing, use dx11. I was pulling my hair out wondering why i couldn't get this to work at all even with just the required mods until i switched to dx11 from vulkan. Now none of my modlists crash on launch.

Yep this is correct. I do mention this on the mod page as well.

I have a bit of a problem. Without cbo unofficial, I get this 

 

 

It's solved when I install cbo unofficial and its compatch buuuut the body and sliders gets kinda wonky and look extra fat and boobas gets saggy like she's 110 years old. I like the muscly look with this mod's body, but outfits some outfit seems to be broken without cbo. Is there something I'm missing perhaps?

I have not used this alongside CBO.
It depends on what your other mods are and which Phaze Body patches you are using. If the mod you are using does not have a Phaze Body patch, that would be why.

Okay I uninstalled all the other mods, seems like there's compatibility issue between this mod and CFP+EPE, even with compatch installed.

Unless they updated recently, this is not coreect. Where do you think my base game screen shots of EPE items came from? 😅
Whenever I play the base game, I am using Phaze Body with CFP + EPE.
Are you using an older version of Phaze Body? Did you forget to download the Vanilla Clothes Compatability Patch?

Patch Updates

AGOT and AGOT+ have each updated multiple times since the Phaze Body patches were made, causing instances of odd clothing to occur. As such, three updates have been made to keep compatability. You can find them in downloads.

Hey there - love the mod. I use the AGOT mod and I got the compatibility patch for this. For the 'default' ruler dress, the thighs are clipping through. A few others do as well. Should I just pick another outfit and let this one go the way of the dodo or is there a patch I am missing?

Hi!
This issue is because since Phaze Body drastically changes characters from previous, each clothing needs to be reshaped and its a slow process. You can try changing which legwear option a character uses (Or set to none) but some dresses have not been touched yet. On others, changing legwear works great!

click view file and scroll down  the top one is the patch your looking for, its a hyperlink download (Loverslab does this sometimes) click that

The latest AGOT Phase Body Mod isn't showing up in my mod list. So I can't load it into any playset.
