this repacker can convert non-CNS to CNS version or the other way around.
when you convert a nonCNS to CNS you can even edit its name and details inside the .json file

It's still a head mod but works with face tattoo mods from nexus

place the tattoo in Paks and the gag in ~mods

I just found a weapon manager from Chinese! It has around 16 types of weapons, and you can change weapons, colors, and effects directly in-game.

It comes with Scarlet's idle anims. If you don't like it, feel free to delete the 'honlian' folder.

Neat mod. Just tested it. For those wondering you just have to drop the entire content of the archive in your ~mods folder and press the "U" key in game to bring the menu.

It's in chinese but really not complicated to use.

You select your weapon of choice by clicking on the images on the left and there is only 2 bottom buttons you can interact with:

The left one allow to show/hide your weapon when sheathed.

The right one open the window on the right to customize further your current weapon.

not yet, i cancelled my sub last month cuz i thought there will be no SB MODS for that month, to my surprise it was released on the 26th..

i subbed to a different artist and cant do 2 artists at the same to so no sexy cop for now.

Can I suggest an option Where there is a skin mod for face to scale roughness to macth any body that others make wheather pale or refelective skin.

You can add a scalar controls to the head json file in CNS folder to adjust the skin roughness. However, you will need to check with FModel to see if the head material has any parameter that adjust the skin roughness first.

I think if this mod doesn't work then the head materials don't have the same parameters as the body, so you may need to add them manually.
