Looks like someone asked and Lemi gave permission to fix the neck seam in the Eve with no clothes on (Original Proportions) mod. (Love that mod) 

Anyone more savvy at UE5 willing to try at it?

The only gag mods I know of are face/head mods, so I'm not sure how they got the tattoo'ed face with the gag too. 

If you are able to find a gag in the glasses / earrings slot, I'd like to be informed. 

 

The styling however does resemble BDSM EVE on Ayaka Mods.

use CNS Repacker - follow the guide on how to use it, its very simple and easy

this repacker can convert non-CNS to CNS version or the other way around.
when you convert a nonCNS to CNS you can even edit its name and details inside the .json file
