Might not be for everyone's kinks, but perhaps the face and hip huggers from Sexlab Parasite would make for a good model for a cursed "device" that injects the PC with something (cum, lactacid, aphrodisiac, etc.).
That is if the author allows those models to be used in other mods.

Leg cuff of Stamina drain. This item is soft incompatible with UD. As in UD to do any action with devices you need stamina. I suggest an option to not have the devices, or slightly nerf it to only drain 50% of stamina

Could you tell me which attack you're blocking? I just tested blocking random bandits, and I didn't experience this behavior. The DEC "hook" is supposed to detect explosions with no source, so something like that is probably happening in your game.

Just random bandits are causing it. I do have a mod that adds a flash effect after blocking to simulate a parry flash. Maybe that's the cause? I'll test it out soon and let you know.

Try disabling the Spark in the Timed Block section of the MCM. In the meantime, I will add a condition so that the DWD devices will only be equipped when out of combat.

I have the similar problem, the mod attempts to add a device to me every time I cut a spiderweb, like the ones in Bleakfalls. Is it possible those are considered explosion effects? To the best of my knowledge, none of my mods affect them.

Surprisingly, that action also counts as an explosion. Thankfully, I found a way to only react to effects from the DEC mod. Please try the new version.

There was two mods that did exatly this, but they both disappeared. So most likely I wont be doing this xD.

Do you have any plans to create a plug and/or gag with Fill Her Up integration (Like those SexLab parasites)?

For example a penis gag would fill the PC every x hours for a set amount of time, or the PC has a task to do to remove etc.

I never used Fill Her Up so I don't have even vague ideas how such device would function. If you can write here the detailed description of device and its release condition and also that mod's api are friendly enough to make integration, then probably Ill add such device, but that won't be a high priority anyway.
About SexLab parasites, I also did not used it so can you tell me which element in that mod can be used as an inspiration for a new device?

The 'facehugger' was the device from parasites people were talking about before. It acts as a gag but has it's dick in your mouth and periodically ejaculates into you. I was thinking something like that would be cool, maybe something that doses you with skooma or an aphrodisiac.

I wish there was a mod that did the complete opposite of this. Instead of adding more devious devices, take them away. A mod that got rid of all the rubber suits, gas masks, ball gags, arm binders, straight jackets, and other shit.

I feel as if a tamer Devious Devices would be an instant top-of-the-charts mod. You could still have yokes, ankle irons, wrist irons, cloth gags, cloth bindfolds, and other things that actually fit in Skyrim's setting, but when my character gets forcibly equipped by all that other stuff I mentioned, it just takes me out of it. Why would a bandit just be walking around with a rubber BDSM suit on-hand? Why is every joe schmoe seemingly able to quick draw a ball gag outta their holster as if this was some BDSM-themed wild west?
