Infinite Load Skyrim SE

Whenever I launch the game, I get stuck on an infinite loading screen. I have 121 mods enabled. Can I please get help on fixing this? I've tried but whatever I did wouldn't work. Here's all my mods and their load order.

My best guess an incompatible .DLL related to skse or a incompatible plugin. I would start by deactivating the .esp's first and see, if i boots up. Then reactivate them in chunks. Then verify, if you have the appropriate versions for your installment, beginning with SKSE.

 

What also is problematic is that you have Nemesis AND Pandora. You do not need Nemesis anymore. In fact, running both will cause problems or outright refuse to work. In hindsight, start by disabling nemesis and delete the output folders of nemesis and Pandora an rerun Pandora.

 

You are also running VR address library, unless you run VR this is not the correct version. VR may also have incompatibilities I'm not familiar with. Thus would have to be verified for each scripted mod in particular.
