hongthong Posted May 5, 2025 Posted May 5, 2025 (edited) Hello. I used the ancient profession – ostim sa version created by Akerue (https://www.loverslab.com/topic/137074-the-ancient-profession-2024-06-24/page/100/#findComment-6810124), and I have multiple crashes when the scene involves multiple partners, for example, benjenjob01 or a scene about entertaining the ambassadors for Solitude license. The game crashes when my character's scene is finished or when I press a button to end the scene early. .This is the one of the log file. crash-2025-05-02-23-30-08.log Edited May 5, 2025 by hongthong

traison Posted May 5, 2025 Posted May 5, 2025 (edited) There's 2 different issues here. crash-2025-05-03-12-59-28.log crash-2025-05-04-22-46-58.log crash-2025-05-02-23-30-08.log crash-2025-05-03-12-37-08.log crash-2025-05-03-11-29-09.log Were indirectly caused by OStim.dll. There's a bug in it that calls an MSVCP140 function with invalid parameters. The function it came from was called loadJson, it involved an actor form id which may have originated from or been modified by "The Ancient Profession.esp". Update or otherwise change ostim.dll. If Ostim is keeping json files somewhere, you could try deleting them, especially if they contain actor ids. If its still not working, then the source code would most likely be needed to fix this issue. Edit: or at the very least the pdb file for ostim.dll. crash-2025-05-03-12-44-05.log Was indirectly caused by SkyrimPlatformImpl.dll, or another utility conflicting with it. Same issue as here.
