Is the dirty talk supposed to be lip synced? because I have pc moving her lips from the moans from sexlab I guess, but not moving lips when speaking lines from the voicepack.

Unfortunately, there are several possible reasons.  Some that come to mind:

Missing mods - Do you have SLSO to trigger orgasms mid scene?

Configuration - Is Seperate orgasms ON in the SL MCM?

Do you have Crajjjj's Hentairim patch? - fixes some behaviors/performance

Tags - If the animation has no tags, some Hentairim configs prohibit orgasm outside of some conditions, which wouldn't be possible without tags.

 

Lots of possibles, but those are some to check.

Changing sexlab scene location causes the game bars to disappear. I installed all the patches, not sure if this is intentional or a bug.

I still am encountering the Regen Mult Applying bug. I have the config set game on, but once the scene finishes, my character still doesn't regen at all and requires a reload. Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something.

Shimi hasn't been around for a while, not sure if they're active at all anymore.

 

Only recommendation I can give you is to point you to Crajjjj's patch up - there are hentairim patches there that provide many performance and bug fixes.  Your situation may be covered as well.  Might try looking into that if you haven't already.

I tried crajjj's patch and the bug is still there. This issue is mentioned at page 10 I believe, but that's only for non-game. Seems like it's an unfinished feature which is unfortunate. Now they're all hopping onto P+ integration or hentairim version. Sadly P+ isn't something I can work with.

Sorry, couldn't help you.  Discord is no-go for me.  Never heard there was anyplace else for SLATE tags.
