If I remember right that's a DAR message. Fastest way to solve this is to get on the 2025 wagon and stop using DAR, then install OAR.

I'm guessing it is a Nemesis message in which case the question should be asked wherever you got Nemesis.

 

Alternatively exercise some self-restraint and reduce the number of animations.

That is not an OAR message. OAR increased anim limit to 32k per project. I've never seen Nemesis giving that message either, and I would know because I often play with nearly 20k animations as reported by Nemesis. Make sure you don't have DAR still installed.
