Ok. When I get home from work, I’ll see if changing to 0.4.16 will resolve the problem. Hopefully, it will. RM is one of the 5 most important mods I use. Without it, I can’t continue making screenshots and stuff.

Apparently, that’s the one everyone uses. @Grey Cloudand a friend of mine on Nexus (not the one who made the quote) use it, as well.

I am hoping that it solves the problem. If I can’t use RaceMenu, I’m screwed.

Well don't panic. I promise you can still use RaceMenu.

 

Worst case scenario, you completely reset your installation to vanilla 1.5.97 and rebuild your mod list. It sounds like something somewhere had a bad install and the change is stuck for some reason.

 

I've never heard of anyone being completely unable to use a mod for no apparent reason.

 

Again, I REALLY RECOMMEND GETTING CRASH LOG ANALYZER TO SEE WHAT THE REAL PROBLEM IS BECAUSE YOU'RE STILL JUST GUESSING RIGHT NOW

 

As far as I can tell you still haven't done that and you could be chasing a ghost

Keep in mind that your problem may not be caused by something you have but something you don't have.

 

If the RM changeroo doesn't fix it then look at the list 'fix' mods I use and see if any of those help. E.g. you don't seem to have Bug Fixes or Engine Fixes installed.

Big update! The issue has been resolved! I installed RaceMenu version 0.4.16, replacing version 0.4.15, and now my game isn't crashing while going to the areas I mentioned! I reactivated the rest of my mods, and everything is working beautifully! Thank you to everyone who helped! 

Now, I'll go ahead and clean up my overwrite folder.

I ruled out the core files when I deactivated my mods. Either way, RaceMenu was the issue, and I solved the problem when I installed version 0.4.16. So, crisis averted.

 

I'm currently trying to replace Trainwreck as my crash logger. Apparently, it sucks. Even though it was highly recommended? I swear, some of this modding stuff is more polarizing than when the Titanic inquiries were trying to decide if the ship broke in half. 🙄
