The question is in thr title : is thgere a specific version of Sexout for a TTW install ?

I might not understand the question, but Sexout works with TaleOfTwoWastelands and other mods that use the FalloutNV Engine and code.

If you want specific story-based scenes to take place the the Fallout3-area, there are less options, but you can check the "list of mods" for suggestions.

they do, they have a list  on their website. Adult mods compatible with TTW 3.2 - Tale of Two Wastelands aswell for 3.3 now i think too

Yes, there is a version of Sexout specifically for TTW. You'll need to make sure you download the compatible version from the appropriate mod sources.

No, there is no "Sexout version for TTW", TTW does not need any specific version of Sexout. It works out of the box.
