Skyrim version for NSFW mods

Im trying to learn how to use loverslab and before i start that i want to know what is the best version of Skyrim between SE and AE for this

When it comes to the amount and quality of mods is it better to stick with 1.6.1170 or is there a version with more and better mods that you'd recommend Backpatching to, just as a note im not completely new to modding as i have managed to Weld a handfull of sexlab mods into mostly working with a Vortex Mod Pack, my current game runs 1.6.640

I can't think of any current mod that doesn't work for 1.6.1170. There are, however, a couple that are already unavailable/outdated on 1.6.640
