I forgot the reason why, but they did have a reason from what I remember. If the mod is an animation that walks away from it's origin point, the mod uses that missing shader. The fix for those mods is this. Essentially, you're giving the mod the shader it needs and telling it to use it.

If you remove the NNfix lines fully then the NPC's are fine, but the fatui break. I'm not sure how to fully fix it so for now I guess you just have to choose which you want to work more.
