but i have it, unless i've placed it in the wrong place, its in buffervalues, moving, redownloading it, it's still glitched, still black

What was the original problem, circles under the eyes? If so, try restoring ps-t0 and use this program Face Fix Updated Modding Tool for Genshin Impact | GI Modding Tools

That means you have a custom stroke mod (ps-t70), specifically it manifests as the outlines of that mod turning green. It will affect mods with the new syntax.
