Rise of the Ronin

The character creator allows you to make some extremely beautiful female characters. I know we didn't quite get the mods we wanted for Nioh 2 and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty, but let's get a W on this one boys.

Allegedly it uses the KOEI katana game engine like Dead Or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation.  It is likely a modified version of the engine, but there's precedent that mods of 3d characters are possible with that engine.  Still, the studio could use a new assets packaging that stops modification, so they can sell their downloadable stuff.

Hoping the game is easily moddable. As great as Nioh 2 was the modding scene was disappointing cus of how scarce it was of lewd mods.

Same, Nioh 2 is a great game, but I'm hoping the more casual + open world style of Rise of the Ronin will allow it to garner more interest. Nioh 2 did at least have a few nude mods. What's more worrying is that Wo Long Fallen Dynasty never got any, I'm not sure if this is because something in the updated engine made it harder to crack or if it was more because of a lack of interest. I'm assuming the latter.

I posted the day the release date was confirmed, the thread would be created eventually anyway so why wait? It's just better to be proactive, and I'll update the thread on launch to make sure it gets visibility again.

i think this is my first time ever participating in a thread and i say yes. i hope ROR has at least basic nude mods. i wish upon a star.

Just want to say, I agree. I am very optimistic for this game getting some proper mods. Nude ones, especially.

Personally prefer like lewd outfit/armor replacers but I would be happy as long as the game is modder friendly. 

 

Come to think of it, I think Strangers of Paradise had few mods as well.. I'll try to stay positive lol

I might try to poke around the files and see what I can learn about modding with the current engine. I'm not really a modder but I have way more technical knowledge than most people do so I can probably gather some info at the very least.

Hii I've been playing Nioh 2 with nude mods for more than 2 years now, and I'm really excited for mods for Rise of the Ronin ! I played it on PS5 last year and there are so much great outfits for the character! Hope we will get some good mods, and most important, enjoy this great game! ^o^

Can we all somehow chip in and commission the person that made the DWO modloader to make one for this game?

 

Only if you have interest in modding this game of course otherwise whats the point if noone wants to mod it 😆

Since the game just came out there is chance someone will create a mod loader to work with this game. If not than maybe a modder will figure it out but Jmedia7 is an excellent modder and pointed out it needs loader so it's a wait and see thing. Just my 3 cents

i would be willing to chip in, i am HUNGRY for some mods for this ever since i played it in ps5. not to mention nude mods in anything pre modern japan would be historically correct. it's for educational purposes 😤

is your code only for ps5 or can be used on pc i entered it exactly but said  RRP-N?8FGjiCn[[?5 but it says code is invalid?

because the game compared to Nioh 1 and 2 was a downgrade and even lacked basic QOL nioh had

aside of that the level design was worse , the combat system had less deph , the game was overall too easy even on the hardest difficulty , story was forgetable , characters were forgettable , lack of weapon variety , lack of combos , side quests that are not really side quests and the moral system while a good idea on paper was poorly executed and broken making already easy fights even more easy

they had the opportunity to make a fun Wuxia game and go nuts with the setting and combat and all they managed to do is making Nioh 0.5

funny thing is allegedly the game was indeed a scrapped project they patchworked during nioh and rise of ronin development

i now think we need a performance patch mod before any nude mods. this game runs smooth so far but i see on razer cortex that it cooks my cpu at 95c . idk if that program is a reliable source of monitoring but no other game so far makes it jump so high... i hope the devs make it work ffs-

The code in those images probably won't work on PC unfortunately.
