Historically, mannequin mods have all been glitchy. You might want to consider something else.

Went into the house in you can get Solstheim the 4 mannequins were all facing each other like groups would do when talking as i got closer they all turn at the same time to face me.... Yea glitchy and often creepy as F#ck

Add "Immobile" flag to ManakinRace in xEdit and you're done.

 

Yes, it's that simple.

 

Took over 10 years before someone found it out simply by looking at the list of flags, while everyone and their grandmother were fucking around with scripts and what not.

In fact Bethesda itself added this flag to ManakinRace with 1.6+ update.

 

I'm on 1.5.07 still, so I had to do it manually, but it just works (tm).
