If there is a detailed vid, yes.. somehow I tried to convert some armors from cbbe to cosio(for piercing purposes) and it took me days to figure out my problem xD.

There's no bodyslide files there that why i put this here. They are just main files for these bodies.

Checked with melodic.  It looks fairly basic so i'll get it after this egypt looking one KB posted

From File browse: Redguard armor is at: Skyrim\data\meshes\clothes\redguard and select the _0.nif

 

 

File > Load Reference 

 

 

From File browse: Northgirl is at: Skyrim\data\meshes\Northgirl

 

 

 

Right click on Trousers and select Set Reference. The color changes to white.

 

Click on Outfit Studio again. We need to get the texture for the trousers.

 

 

File > Load Outfit > Browse to Skyrim\data\meshes\m0ckin9bird\porunn and select vkbrownpants_0

 

 

Right click on Trousers and select properties

 

 

Click on Textures

 

 

The diffuse and normal lines are what is needed. Go back to:

 

 

Right click on Trousers and select Properties

 

Copy and paste the Diffuse and Normal

 

 

Hit OK twice:

 

The trousers are going to be low cut and waist will be below the belt.

 

 

 

 

Click the brush (icon) on the top with the circle and the arrows. With the Trousers selected on the right list left click on them and "pull" them up slowly.

 

 

Click on the icon on the right with a dot in the center of the circle

 

 

Congratulations! You made your first mashup!

 

Now, we need to replace the original with this....

 

I just took a closer look to this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/101961 and this is a follower, which is UUNP. UUNP and CBBE are different "bodies." If you wear this armor from the follower (if you can) it's not going to look right. First it won't be your preset body. Armor mods have their own baseshape or "body." When you equip armor or clothes you're also swapping out  your body.

 

The follower will look weird too. She's UUNP and the textures are different between UUNP and CBBE. She will have discoloration on her body.

 

Overall I don't think it's a good idea to use this mod simply because it's a follower.

 

Now, we're not defeated though.

 

What you can do is find a clothing or armor mod that you want to use and we can replace that with this...

BY request. . . Nightmare Armor by Nausciaa CBBE HDT BS LE  I worked on this a couple of years ago but never released it due to fixing the glove problem.  Seems to be working now. Any problems, you may notify me or not. I could send Bruno and Roxy to help you decide but busted bones can't push the  button. I dont and you do. [ ] In the box!.   

 

 

***UPDATE*** This v1 update fixes the missing textures. Please move the folder  'Textures\Hentai\Black\**' to 'Textures\Armor\hentai\Black\** or replace the old file with v1.

I remember when I first came to this thread and was making tons of requests and getting 1 out of 20 actually converted. While understanding that no one here is required to make conversions, still I was fustrated that most of my pretties were without alterations. Then came the "DIY" comments from the reigning converters  and I truely realized they were serious. Damn! When I inquired as to how, I was given the instructions that follow. You can either be like most and complain about why your requests aren't getting done or you can DIY (do it yourself) and learn to make your own conversions. The choice is yours.
