You just didn't read properly. Load the project, load Reference, conform sliders, mark all outfit parts and copy bone weights. Save the project without reference.

There is no body under that overall so to speak. If you look closely you can even see that the overall is just a retextured nude body.

But even if nothing else comes from it I now know how to create proper conversion sets for CBBE curvy and CBBE slim.

You can do that in nifscope. Doesn't require any talent though so everyone can do it.
