Fallout NV GECK Rooms not seeable?

I work with the GECK for Fallout New Vegas, but many Interior Cells dont show Floors Walls etc.

I added a Snapshot of what i see, but dik why this happens?

I installed correctly the Steam GECK Version so it cant be a bad Installation of it.

Anyone who can Help solve that Problem or know why this happens?

In Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\ create or edit file GECKCustom.ini
add or edit line (by default stays at 1):
bUseMultibounds=0

Alternative way w/o editing config files, go to View - Show/Hide Windows - enable 'Portals and Rooms' checkmark. After, move the roombound boxes away and refresh the render view (F5), do the things you need to do and don't forget to return the roombound boxes back at where they were. Wrongly placed roombound box will make parts of room to be invisible in-game.

If it only happens in GECK, then this texture missing mipmaps (re save texture with mipmap generation enabled, and don't use dx10/dx11 dds texture formats, game can't work with them). If both in-game and in GECK, then you're missing texture itself (wrong path or missing file, etc).
