Actually now that I think of and did a quick search I think it's something to do with bondage.

Yeah I looked it up. Wouldnt be too hard to do, the pose would be a challenge IMO. Mesh could be served up in 2 hours I bet, but I dont like Bondage, so Im going to stay clear of this

look for devious devices on the sexlab area, if i'm not mistaken Veladarius (i think its his name, sorry if i'm wrong) is working on it, captured dreams shop have one on display, but it's not functional yet
