every single time i load up Oblivion, it always crashs? whats wrong with my load order?

Post your load order. That is not your load order.

 

Since when does the game no longer work? The last Mod you have installed is the "problem"

I hope the base game worked.  You didn't install all the mods and then test the game the first time, right?

After each installed mod you tested the game... I hope.

 

Error I see:

-Missing " Modular Beautiful People 2ch Edition Plus Plus ", master for x117Race

 

-do not use xOBSE22.10  !!!!    use 22.9

 

mistakes you may have made:

-Game never in C:\ program files .....    

 

-Have you installed the old DirectX  version

Yes 117x  has absolutely nothing to do with hiyoko.

 

And you can play Modular Beautiful People 2ch Edition Plus Plus without 117x .  If you use Modular Beautiful People 2ch Edition Plus Plus you have to use the HiyokoGenerator.esp version for MBP.

 

But if you use 117x you must have Modular Beautiful People 2ch Edition Plus Plus .

 

Or you can play without Modular Beautiful People 2ch Edition Plus Plus and 117x  and use the No-MBP HiyokoGenerator.esp version.

 

I don't use MBP and 117x
