How do you make a femboy Follower?

Do you guys use the Male or female?

What mods are best for something like this?

Is there like a voice pack for it?

Can something like this be done with RaceMenu, or should I change to  ECE?(i read somewhere that it's a bit more advanced in character creation)

This will be my first time trying to make a follower with this much detail, so some help is very much appreciated.

I have no experience making a follower from scratch but I've recently done a little workaround of this myself. I used 'charmers of the reach' (COTR) for a unique body to still let females be females, and 3ba vaginaless meshes and textures put into the cotr race will allow you to be able to build a femboy as a player character.

 

Then get PROTEUS and save your character appearance in its system and load it onto an npc of your choosing, itll swap their race to the cotr race and all of the textures and meshes you have there. For voices and things I just pick npcs who have a good voice type for it, like Brelyna. Beware of loading onto an npc you already have a replacer for or itll get confused.

 

It takes some fiddling to get everything in the right place and in the right order, but it works well enough for me. I recommend trx addon for the schlong, androgyny preset for a flat chest base, and obody so women can still be voluptuous apart from the preset you make for the femboy. All of these mods are on nexus.

Most use female and give it a keyword that tells Sexlab to treat as a male, and they have their own set of clothing that they must use or none at all.

 

Since I use the old Femboy Race Reborn mod, every femboy NPC I make or download (I have like three by futanemesislol) I set to male and to use that race or a derivative that inherits from it instead in case I want a custom skin, penis, hair, etc that I only want on him.

 

I know there's a mod to apply shapes to NPCs to bypass the need for that, but I have absolutely no idea how it works and how to apply it to femboys.

 

All of my custom ones I made so far pretty much use maleyoungeager voice.  You know, the fruitcake bard voice. 😛

I build any custom faces in racemenu and export the nif from racemenu's UI.

 

I can't release mine because my setup is a total mess, and they're kinda low effort hair and clothing swaps in bulk just so I can have a cute guy harem.

I've also gender-swapped a few nexus followers XD.  Probably the easiest method, just remember to change the form list and gender of the head parts.

Definitely can't release those ones.
