One of the many things I appreciate about having a single skilled modder like you take on a whole series of outfits like this is having consistency between them. it always bugs me when I mix and match and changing outfits changes the shape/size of her breast or one has bush and the other doesn't. Just textures. As long as you're in third person during regular gameplay or cutscenes - it'll looking pretty convincing imho. At least I've tried my best with body shader, made changes to all it's six maps. But if you zoom close enough in photo mode - illusion will fade away of course, due to overall body textures resolution and inability to remove skin detail maps from pubic hair part of textures. For now it's fastest and most convinient way to add body hair for all outfits. Custom pubic hair model compatible with all outfits and outfits mods will be quite a puzzle to solve and most likely quite a time sink. Edited October 8, 2025 by hornycopter 8

I think because I like cute little shaved pussies. They smell much nicer and you can see much more of the whole naked glorious beauty. Everyone has different preferences. The best thing would be to choose whether to play shaved or unshaven. I hope this doesn't make too much work. 🙂 2

I believe you said you took the base for Aloy's nude body mesh from an NPC, would you able to do the reverse without too much trouble? I think it would add a nice bit of immersion for other people in the tribes to be in skimpy outfits, and not just her. like Aloy gets there and its just like 'oh this how people dress here. i guess i should too.' Even if it was one or two types like Tenakth_guard_3 or Utaru_female_2 or whatever. although bonus points if you get a named character like Zo. we can achieve a similar result with outifit reducer, but the result are so plain while your outifts look amazing and really do an incredible job of making the originals look sexy and revealing while still looking like the belong in the vanilla game. I know you've got a lot of other things on your plate at the moment and if anything this would be way down the line. but I just wanted to put it out there and see if this was something that would be feasible and of interest to you. 1

Or maybe less outfits but more body types for Aloy, then some NPCs? Post your suggestions. P.S: Aloy has 33 outfit models total in HFW. Paint is blended on top of base body textures for NPCs, same as for Aloy. I think in HFW everything works the same for all characters, looks like they use same shaders and materials - so yeah, all modifications to Aloy can be replicated on other NPCs. No geral, eu digo que um NPC levará aproximadamente 60-70% do tempo que eu gasto em uma roupa de Aloy. Gosto da ideia em si, faz sentido criar o mesmo nível de economia para todos os personagens do jogo. Mas tudo se resume a prioridades — posso dedicar tempo a dois trajes para a Aloy ou o mesmo tempo a três NPCs, algo assim. A questão principal é: depois de quantos trajes da Aloy devo usar para NPCs por um tempo? Devo usar dois trajes da Aloy para cada tribo e clã (serão 16 trajes) e depois criar alguns NPCs? Ou talvez menos trajes, mas mais tipos de corpo para a Aloy e depois alguns NPCs? Postem suas sugestões. PS: A Aloy tem 33 modelos de traje no total em HFW. Antes de voltar para TR, haverá 7 modelos diferentes e baratos disponíveis para a Aloy no meu "primeiro lote".

Glad to hear your into the idea! personally, I'd say like two Aloy's for each tribe, then one or two NPCs (maybe the ones closest to aloy's body to save time), then more aloy outfits, then more NPCs, then more body types. (I'm pretty happy with Aloy's body type for now, especially now that we have the bush option.) this way we uncover our girl for each setting, establish some skimpy world building, and from there its just a matter of filling in the gaps and adding variety. but that's just my opinion. I'm excited to see what everyone else comes up with.

Gladly in the same style as the nude mod for part 2 Forbidden West. Then you could play the whole story with a beautiful naked Aloy. Hopefully it will come sometime.

As much as I'd love for you to finish your SotTR mods, work on whatever interests you more. If you have a fever for more Aloy outfits, then keep working through that list of Aloy outfits you want to make. Don't force yourself to work on something that doesn't interest you as much. 1

Hey mate, I love your mods and work, thanks so much. If I could make a humble request, pelase feel free to ignore. is there any chance you could do a variation of the Varna (default) outfit 'Nude A main one', but only removing the ropes? I'm not a ropes guy, but I really want the scarf/shoulders+ spine armour of that set + the calf gear + arm gear, but only with the ropes removed. If that's all all a possibility, please let me know. I'm playing with a mod that replaces Aloy with other NPCs, and I'm currently switching between these two natives in the images below, which are very beautiful, by the way. It would be very interesting if Aloy's mod were replicated for these NPCs and others in the game.

Outfits Bundle updated and now replaces five models (seven outfits) and has six variations to choose from. Added separate file with extra 17 Variations for Carja Blazon outfit, including Nude & SFW variations. Added separate file with extra 6 Variations for Sobeck's Raiment outfit, including Nude & SFW variations. Fixed loincloth back side stretching for Nora Anointed/Champion. Fixed shinstraps clipping for Nora Anointed/Champion. Some Nora Anointed/Champion outfit variations now include shoes. Added 1 more variation for Nora Anointed/Champion outfit. Files in "HC Aloy HFW - VarNA" archive rearranged to be compatible with new "Main File". Files in "HC Aloy HFW - VarOE" archive rearranged to be compatible with new "Main File".
