I get the frustration of getting your mods leaked but this whole thread are focused on that. I also think that if you are here are probably because you are using some of the leaked mods yourself. What's the point of a Leaked thread if all of the sudden the creators are asking to delete their stuff.

I do not pirate stuff regularly but when it is from an IP that does not belong to you and that you take monetary advantage of, which, by the way, IS ALSO ILLEGAL. Then I look for sites like this. MODDING should be by donations only, non forced suscribtions since it's illegal to get monetary gain from an IP that do not belongs to you.

So basically you are asking to not share your paid mods but I guess it's not problem when you can monetize by characters that do not belong to you. Idk about that double standard.

And sorry if you are an admin in this thread or something. I don't want to get in trouble, I don't have your mod and neither will share it. Just wanted to share my opinion

Because I am a modder now, I will not download leaked mods. I am only here to prevent others from leaking my mods. I will not prevent others from publishing mods that are not mine.

In addition, what you said makes sense. I actually don’t know whether it is illegal to make money by making mods. I just saw many people doing it, so I thought it could be a job. If you say that I am double standard, I have no objection

Your best defense is having your mods leaked, because when that inevitable lawsuit hits you that you've been making money on their IP, your defense will be "these mods are free, people donate money to me for my work."

They are right on their saying that you do not own the mods you make. Copyright laws can be confusing here to decide what is legal or illegal. However, 3dmigoto tool devs have a direct request on this that they do not allow mods made by their tools to be paywalled. About IP, you only own the model itself in its blender file. The mod is repurposed to be used with ZZZ, you don't own the rights to that. The script you are using is opensource with no paywall rule, you don't own the script. Unless you plan on making your own tools to make mods for ZZZ and write your own script to work with the game, you don't own the mods you make so you can't legally sell them. That's why modders have adopted donation and commission based support.

In addition, I have checked your gamebanana page where you are breaking advertisement rule and paywall rule. Any mod you show on gamebanana must be released fully after 30 days of early access. You are not releasing your mods despite showing them as if they are available. This is just deceiving behaviour while using the website for advertisement for free. You agree on the terms when you post your mods there. I intend to pursue this so I suggest reading about site rules and section rules (ZZZ section of gamebanana has its own rules in addition to site rules) before editing your submissions.

Another thing about your gamebanana page, I suggest you study some of the successful modders' mod pages. You can't perma paywall your mods if you show them on gamebanana but you can boost your sales within 30 day of early access by making goal unlocks. You could also put a price tag on the blender files of your mods and sell them. You shouldn't expect to make a mod and just leave it there to turn it into passive income.

Is that so? No wonder there are no other authors here
But I think it’s a bit strange. Everything I put in Banana should be free. There should be no problem with deceiving advertisement. If you are talking about Caesar, there is indeed a problem. I will correct it later.

Come on guys, this is a place to share mods, leaked or free, it doesn't matter if you want to share or not. If you feel like sharing a mod here is hurting your wallet or the modder's wallet, please go away. If you feel like the people here need a savior, a hero, feel free to share the mod you have.
There are tons of places outside this thread to complain and defend the wallets of your favorite modders. So go do that somewhere else. This thread isn't for that shjt. Please get lost.

Here are the main rules for Gamebanana. https://gamebanana.com/games/rules/19567

You can not show paywalled variants of your mods in your previews on gamebanana if you don't plan on releasing them for free after 30 days. Any pictures you put on your submission page must be made available for free after 30 days. You don't have to upload it on gamebanana, but you must make the shown pictures available for free either on your patreon or other pages or on gamebanana.

You also can't add statements such as "for nude variants check out my patreon". If you add any statement in your description that links to your other page and describes there are other variants like nude toggle which is paid in your patreon or other sites, it breaks the gamebanana rule R-ZZZ.668. Your description should only contain the variants that are free and available or planned to be made free after 30 days in your gamebanana submissions. Some modders do this by creating incentive such like like goals where they release toggles at 100 likes, 200 likes, 300 likes etc. They still have to release them after 30 days but it creates hype and boosts their marketing. You are still free to put links to your other pages but you can not directly advertise your paid mods, you can only put a general link to your main page. I really advise you to take a look at popular mods and make a template for descriptions like they do.

This isn't only about your Caesar submission. Other submissions that show previews of paid versions but only have one of them available for download also break the rule.

I don't want to flood the thread with discussion so here's an Ellen mod for anyone wants to use it.

Please support its creator if you can https://www.patreon.com/UncleBexo

Can someone fix this mod? Grace is very beautiful, but she's always nude, and I can't toggle her clothes on ToT.

No issues with that mod on my end. Make sure to run the fix https://gamebanana.com/tools/18386, disable high precision character animation and set character quality to high. If you have less than 6gb vram, you need to include lower resolution hashes of Grace in the .ini. Mods don't usually include these hashes for low vram resolutions.

You can also change keybindings in the Master1.ini to something else in case ] and [ keys don't work for you.
