Personally, I'd just try to copy a segment with a toggle from another mod and replace the hashes to fit this mod where it applies.
The heart eye comes from yyzj, I recognise those, so might as well grab it from there, which looks like this:

For the key itself:

And for the toggle on the face:

And finally, the resources used:

Now the things that need replacing in order to fit into that mod would be:
1. making sure that $active0 and $swapkey0 isn't used already.
2. Replace the hash with the corresponding zhao one.
3. Replace the entries for the corresponding textures you're using, or rename the textures to fit the existing format.

4. alternatively only use face1 and face2, or more than face3, depending on the number of toggles you want to add.

 

With the above options, you could toggle between 3 different textures of your liking.

China do not allow sending R18 content on website, so anybody who make R18 mod is dangerous, extremely when they get money.

Non-r18 maker may be interogated by police. They won't be caught, but they may have to pay compensation to ZZZ, up to the mihoyo's choice .

As far as I know, miHoYo usually chooses to turn a blind eye to mod creators, as long as no one uploads these gray-area mods to public video platforms. This incident started when a Bilibili content creator turned an R18 mod into a video and uploaded it, and someone in the comment section even @-mentioned miHoYo “this is what we want, we need this!!!” The same kind of situation has happened before with Honkai impact 3...
