That's because this is a "slot fix" problem not a "modfix" problem. A tall-tale sign is if you see the mod have shiny parts in an uneven pattern, like the one in the pic you shared, it's going to be a slot fix problem. Meaning the hash codes to the texture maps are wrong. Whereas, if it's a "mod fix" problem, it could range anything from scattered patterns on textures, missing limbs, broken weights aka wobbly limbs, or just polygons stretched to extreme proportions. This is why we need to wait for a slot fixer OR do it semi manually by searching for a mod of the character that DOES work and search the ini file for the correct hash codes. Then just apply them to the affected mod and save. It sounds messy but it's not that complicated once you get used to it.
