Same as my old edit, but based on the new version from KanouSakura.
There are 24 total combinations of hair color and outfit color (now includes 2 more hair colors: black and white with gold/blonde).

 

Keybinds are as follows:

• [Up Arrow] + / - [Alt] = head things

• [Down Arrow] + / - [Alt] or [Ctrl] = shoes, leg stuff

• [Left/Right Arrow] + / - [Ctrl] = outfit and color toggles

• M / N = makeup (next/previous)

• 0 = gourd bottle (who cares)

Important notes:

• The short hairstyle doesn't match the hair color (in most cases). To fix this, I’d need to create 24 texture files instead of 4... soooo, no.

• The paid skin version is basically untouched (it’s included), but I don’t have it, so I can’t test it properly.

If you're talking about the outfit swap on the fly, I think it's possible by making the outfit change key the same as your special attack button.
