Are you using the fixed version of the animation?

Otherwise it could be another mod.

Notice how your bin and thing on the wall are affected too!

For me it was the Klons SCOTT outpost mod I had to disable as it turned things orange and grey around the world.

Putting Bottom Heavy Anby, onto Soldier 11, but with the more, "Standard" Silver Squad uniform, like we saw on Twiggy and A.
