The Make-up got on my nerves too lmao, you just have to get rid of the file that literally says "face" on it along with the hash in the Ini file

here, its Q&D, but if you reaaaaaallly have a face you like more, replace the face DDS with another Face DDS if you really want to.

all I did was modify an existing ini file, and separate the Ming Chen S11 face to put it on anby, I do not claim ownership of any work inside

It replaces Regular Anby and S0's face at the same time

I made an OG color version, because, at the time of release, such a version didn't exist, but the author provided one themselves, which is inarguably just of higher quality, simply due to the process of how I edited those textures.

The only thing that would still be different is the faces I made because I just don't like how that author does makeup. That is as simply as removing their face folder and replacing it with the one I provided in that post.
