Nobody figured it out that isn't korean yet, and even the koreans seem to struggle with it as well, and the koreans that did figure it out strictly adhere to the rule of not sharing the password.

Something about a day when the national rule changed, but I've personally tried a bunch of variations of the article's date, as well as the different announcement's dates, and haven't really gotten one that works yet.

Yeah, prolly wouldn't have ended well anyways, the comment complained about issues on the download as well.

my I got the part on gayshin+a date right, but I don't think I found a thread that correlates to that date, also the symbols is something I probably wouldn't have been able to guess.

as far as i know it is related to a comment he made on a post about a channel changing owners?

Ah, something I couldn't have figured out then, no matter what I try.
arca.live denies me access to creating accounts on it, it always either puts out an error or says it sent the mail, but doesn't end up sending anything, which, in turn, means I don't have access to browse and search through the NSFW sections outside of direct links or using the app on mobile, which then in turn doesn't have access to translating stuff.

Oh well, maybe next time I'll have more luck.

Just barely in time to be too late, the thing has been down since 5-ish minutes ago.

I searched the post history of 모음집, the current administrator, to find a thread that seemed related to an admin change. I found one that matched, and it happened to have a comment from the U149 account. I used that information as input, and it worked.
It took me an incredibly long time to figure out the answer.

I see, it has the date as well as the symbol+excalamation mark on the emote, guess it was more so a translation issue then, because the way google, chatgpt and papago went about translating it was mentioning the date of the change of the national rule, with the national rule being the widely known gayshin password, which seems to have been a red herring.

So my attempts ended up being trying to do gayshin+many different variations of different dates I stumbled across, maybe YYYY-MM-DD, maybe YYYY.MM.DD, YYYYMMDD, variations of MMDD, switching out order of those variations, trying them with ㅎ묘노ㅑㅜ, trying them with Eldwh, trying to add different dates together, etc. etc.
