Why does my female sim spawn a penis when she showers or cams? How can I remove this!!!

You likely installed a Default replacer with a penis rather than a lower body which can only be added to sims via Wicked Whims. Check for any Default folders within your larger Mods folder.

A hatchet would work too, you know. I've seen that done before, wayyy back in my teenage years of internet exploration, video was called "Hatchet V.S. Nuts"... I'm sure that left a mark of some kind, but I digress.

But scissors are more personal. A person can take their time with a pair of scissors.
