nehaberlan Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 Hi, There are dialogue in my .esp. Then, I created 44,1K, 16bit mono audio .wav custom files for them. I put two of them in "Data\Sound\Voice\Mymod.esp\" folder. The files are: Certainly.wav May I ask something about you_659.wav In the Creation Kit, I wanted to "create lip file". However, it was inaccessible. Also, I couldn't find a way to select my custom audio files. I found these mods: xVASynth v3 - SKVA Synth .lip and .fuz plugin for xVASynth Yakitori Audio Converter LazyAudio XWM FUZ converter They made me just confused. They didn't run/work, etc... Actually, I need a good tutorial about adding custom .wav files, creating and adding .lip files, merge them, then create .fuz files. How can .lip synchronize and adept itself to an audio file, then create a new one? If you can help me anyway, I'll appreciate...
MadMansGun Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 (edited) in the "edit response" window first click on voice type in the "audio" box, then click on the "from wav" circle. assuming your wav files are named correctly and in place you should be able to click on "generate lip file" as for programs i just use Unfuzer to merge the files. AndrewLRG Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 Personally, I'm using FaceFXWrapper (https://github.com/Nukem9/FaceFXWrapper) to generate .lip files from .wav and YakitoriAudioConverter (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73100) to merge .wav and .lip into .fuz.

Thank you for the info. However, I can't see the name of my custom .wav file(s). In my case, Certainly.wav May I ask something about you_659.wav There are only vanilla audio files list. For example, FemaleYoungEager/blablabla And, "Generate Lip File:" looks unacceptable as "Preview" and "Save" option above the Generate Lip File. How can I make the Creation Kit figure out/locate my audio files? There should be a way to assign these files in the Creation Kit.

When I tried to use FaceFXWrapper, it crashed. Maybe, I didn't install it correctly. I'll give a try again.

"Generate Lip File" doesn't work when you select it first. You have to click OK, and open the Response again. After then, it can become accessible. I start to understand slowly, step by step. I'm looking at a tutorial. I added a new voice type. I renamed it as Aria_Excited. That was the voice type that I used text-to-speech. I created a folder named Aria_Excited in Data\Sound\Voice\Mymod.esp folder. After I added all of my response speeches .wav files in this folder, I selected each response one by one. I noticed that the Creation Kit gives a separate/different for them. I made a copy of them. Then, I renamed the copied file by the name given by the Creation Kit. The voice type that I've created was there also. At first, "Create Lip File" was impossible. I hit OK. Then, I opened the response again. I selected WAV option, then "Create Lip File" option was possible. Then, I checked the folder that my .wav files in. There was the .lip file. I tried to use Unfuzer to merge .wav and .lip files. It worked. Right now, I keep all of my .wav, .lip, and .fuz files in the same folder. I hope it'll work by this way. I don't know what would be better? Keeping .wav & .lip files, or just. fuz files? I noticed something. Your audio files are .fuz. However, the names of the files are same, but the extension are .wav. Why is that? Doesn't cause any problem to have different file type? Thanks...
