I've some questions that I would like to ask, and my apologies in advance if I've misunderstood some things or ask some dumb questions.

I've been currently using the DAR/OAR Live Action mod to play most of Gunslicer's animations. Not sure which of my mods suggested/required it, but it's what I 've got for OAR and triggers the animations based on arousal etc.

I suppose overall, my questions can be boiled down to how does your mod differ from Live Action? Will they conflict?

My char is currently not a bimbo yet, but with SLA and Live Action she is seemingly constantly aroused and always doing one of the animations in the highest level of arousal, which I find somewhat annoying. What I would like to know is if I will see the full spectrum of animations, or will it constantly be 100% arousal? I recognize that I might need to mess with SLA's settings as an answer, of course.

Will the animation's be in a constant loop? Originally, Live Action had it to where it would switch to another animation, but I changed it to be a continuous loop of the animation it randomly picks... but I would ideally like it to play the animation for some time in idle, then stop for a while, then maybe start again. I recognize I might need to set that up in OAR.

Additionally, will your mod have non-bimbo characters, pcs/npcs still get arousal animation? I would like some, but not the full gamut prior to bimbohood, of course. Somewhat irked that my arousal seems near constant and explosive despite being only at 15% bimbo corruption currently. I think it would be cool to have some for normal horny women, then an expanded list for bimbos. Really drive home the changes. So yeah, some arousal animations for non-bimbo characters in the world would be cool. Does your mod have that?

If it doesn't what would happen if I had Live Action handle those triggers, then have your mod for bimbo pcs and npcs? This does wind back to compatibility between your and their mod, I think, but what I'm wondering is would Live Action work for non-bimbos, and then if a character was a bimbo, yours would overwrite/take priority? Or would there be a conflict with Live Action attempting to call an animation on a bimbofied char with high arousal alongside your own doing the same?

My apologies in advance for the long-winded questions, as well as what I feel is circuitous concerns. I would just like to better understand whether I can finally drop Live Action for your own mod as it seems to fit my needs and wants much more! Nevertheless, thank you for contributing and all the work you've put in!

I think it's the GS Poser mod but I forgot, either way it basically gives you a selector item and a player item where you use the selector to select what animation the player will use when activating the player item. It's super tedious so I didn't do it all the time.

for the issue with arousal always being at 100%, i'd recommend lowering the settings for the arousal mod in the mcm ui, maybe a lower exposure might work. I had this issue before and a lower exposure worked, though i haven't tested it extensively with other mods.

 

I haven't played with Live Action or many other SLA mods but in terms of my mod's compatibility i suspect it will come down to isolating conditions between the different mods that play idle animations. for example adding a negated condition that detects the bimbo curse so that non bimbo idles don't play for bimbos. an example of this negated condition is included in the "idlesnormal" group of idles.

 

my mod includes animations for non bimbos, but they're not configured to play based on arousal. only conditions are female & non-bimbo. Since the conditions for these animations "idlesnormal" are so broad, i suspect they will conflict with the non-bimbo arousal animations from live action, so i'd suggest turning off "idlesnormal" and saving it to the user or author config file.

the current non-bimbo idles could yet be further subdivided based on arousal, though i'd like to find more subtle arousal animations first before making that.

That actually sounds more complicated than OAR's method where you select the actor or player through the console then preview in the OAR ui. Here i thought combing through animations was tedious haha.

Quick question, are the linked GS combat animations set with the same conditions as the default idles from this mod? Or is it just a suggested link since the animations fit the theme well?

I configured the gs combat animations to play only for bimbos but with no arousal conditions. otherwise i left those animations mostly unchanged compared to Gunslicer's mod.

Ohhh here I thought I had to download them separately but my normal combat idles were just taking priority lol. Thanks!

animations are included. if you want to have this play with your own animations, you can simply drag and drop the right animations to the right folders. fnis or nemesis seems not to be necessary for this mod for some reason.

also it's really simple to disable animations in the oar menu

I am having weird issue that the idles dont fire. I checked OAR and it says that sla_aroused value is -2.  Its weird because OSLAroused displays everything right and some other mods seem to work perfectly (that use arousement value). Still debuging.

I think the -2 was displayed only because I hadnt player selected.

I found out the issue. Female Player Animations and Seamless Varied Feminine Idles overrode your mod. One had priority of 300000 something and other 900000. The 900000 is way too much and the mod creator should actually fix that.

It could be good ideas to raise your mod priority to say 400000 because its bimbo override. Its suppose to override basic animations so to speak. If it does not override then the basic OAR mods catch it.

Other:
I had GS OAR mod installed and I think that there were some conflicting priorities. At least OAR complained that some sneak animations had conflicting priority.

yeah, 400000 sounds like a good compromise.

hmm, well even with the higher priority, the 2 higher arousal submods would still get broken by animations from other mods with broad conditions. This is because i configured these 2 submods to be interruptible so that the soliciting animations play immediately after starting a dialogue with an npc. Without setting them as interruptible the soliciting animations are delayed and sometimes don't play. but having the interruptible check turned on also means that other animations can stop these mid sequence. Perhaps there's a simple solution to this but i'll have to investigate further.

I don't use the Bimbo mod, so I made a small change to the json files so that the mod checked SL Survival's Cum Addiction instead (GSPoser idles play when Cum Addict or above).

Baron used to have a black version and a cute bee version too, but haven't gotten around to converting those.

Attached is my amateur conversion of the set. you'll need to use bodyslide otherwise you'll get my character's size. you might have to play around a bit to make it compatible with other bodies beside cbbe.
