Turn Female follower into a Futa???

hey, i have been searching the forums here and got lost on tracks and how to find a simple method yo...

 

How can i make Lydia a futa???

 

i thought it was just simple as that select Lydia via console edit her through SoS mcm menu and voila npc changes. but it seems it's not that simple so can someone please show me in steps how to turn Lydia npc into a futa follower.

If you're using Schlongs of Skyrim, you can toggle it in the MCM menu.

You need a female compatible schlong add-on. The default schlongs in SoS are only for males.

 

Look up "Schlongs for female". You will need to find the appropriate texture patch for the skin textures you are using to not have any skin seams.

 

After you have added a schlong to a female NPC you need to set their SexLab gender to "male".

Look up SoS Futa Addon on this forum. There are at least 3 different mods by 3 different authors you can install that cover this. Pick and choose whichever strikes your fancy for whichever body type and skin texture you're using.

I tried the same thing, got TRX Futa SOS, applied it to a follower then changed sex in Sexlab to Male. It still registers as female in SoS.

Use  mod like Sexlab Aroused or Eager NPCs to set their gender role (and if you desire their gender preference). And presuming your game doesn't crash prior to a save, they'll be locked in until you force the change again. (or load a save previous to that one)
