Looking for main menu/loading screen replacer

Hey so i feel like i asked this once before on here awhile ago but i am still trying to find an old main menu/loading screen mod that i used awhile ago i feel like it replaced the loading screens in fertile breeder i do know that the images below were in it but i just can't for the life of me find it anymore, someone else found it and i asked them where and all they said was a russian site and could not provide link so i was hoping someone here might be able to help me find it and or can provide me a link to it.

 

P.S i also tried asking DocHyde but never got an response i also tried searching his name in google with a few other things and all i could find was images and that is it but from what i can remember DocHyde made the images but not the mod.
