Have you installed a nude Body Mod ? The original Oblivion Body have underwear. No nude Body Mod = not nude NPCs and Player. ( The Mod adds a nude male lower body during sex with erect Penis )

 

Nude female and male body ( and armor clothes replacer for the bodies ) read my yellow Link below.

Silly question from an extreme noob on this: How exactly DO you set the hot key to trigger the good times? Is it done in-script or is it added to the control scheme? And is there a default hotkey?

The deault key is V ( If you had read the readme you would know it   )

 

If you want to change it open your inventory, you have a clothes item "Hot Key Ring", equip it.

 

You get a Message "Choose 'Hot Key' for sex activatiion"

press the key you want. ( !!! many standard OB keys are blocked from use.  You can use y, u, i , o. p, g , h, j, k, L , v, B, n , m )
