How to download loverslab mods

Im new to having a pc and i dont know how to download mods onto games from steam, could someone help me

After downloading you would add those files to your mod manager.

Yes: Means you need a mod manager first.

Hopefully a specialist can post a guide how to mod FO4 😬

Use a search engine. Watch videos. It is not as simple as just downloading mods.
