Ok, so here's my summary so far:

-> Ciri player voice: seems to work fine so far. Sound quality is sometimes good, sometimes not that good. Maybe add a note on the description page to load it below the main voices files in MO2. -> https://we.tl/t-ZU9VE0fsbC

-> Vanilla player voice: to make it work, vanilla female voice files (maybe EvenToned or YoungEager) have to be copied into a folder named "dft_dummyvoice". Maybe you have to reupload the main voice pack files with this folder?

-> Traka, the riekling, has the vanilla DLC2Riekling voice type assigned. I generated his lines, but most of the time, he nonetheless stays silent even with a generated riekling voice. To make things more complicated, sometimes (mostly during cutscenes), his voice is working...! No idea why. As it is only a minor character with little dialogue, I am not sure whether it is worth it to add his lines to the voice pack.

-> Tulvar, Vilgen and Ogir with voice bd_Silent_VT:
"I just did something similar on a different mod that had an unvoiced NPC. Here's what I did to get them a "vanilla" voice.

Open mod in SSEEdit and change npc voicetype to vanilla voice.
    Run dialogue export script.
    Generate lines.
    Revert voicetype to original.
Rename folder containing fuz files to original voicetype"

With your instructions, they are now indeed voiced (I used MaleBandit)! Important note: about 90 other NPCs seem to use this voice type. According to their description in SSEEdit, most of them are males and a few females, but it is not clear whether they have dialogue or not. Maybe add a note on the description page that it is kind of experimental. -> https://we.tl/t-HB4lJK9Hm3

Excuse my ignorance. Do the Thief voice packs fully cover version 1.9.+? Have you tested it? I'm also confused about how to install it, because there are several options and it mentions the vanilla player voice (which I don’t want, I prefer the player’s voice to be silent). I’m a Spanish speaker and don’t understand English very well, which is why I tend to get confused in this forum. But I still play Skyrim with mods in that language, although with subtitles (better than silent voices).

The Thief voice pack (for NPCs) is for version 1.7. If you do not want the player character have a voice, you can ignore the other voice packs.

I've downloaded the lola and the sluts package, the lola works, but the sluts resume pack doesn't. Is there something missing out from simply installing it or maybe I didn't encounter any voice dialogue?

I think the SLUTS Resume pack is no longer compatible with newer versions of the mod. This was raised previously here:

Maybe I am stupid, but my quest still doesn't have any voice after I installed the Trouble Of Heroine 3.0.0 voice pack through MO2. Tested in sleeping giant inn.

NVM, I downloaded the addon pack in the thread for Bruiser, and it works well now.

Its been a long time but I think the 1.9.0 pack is just the player dialogue. If you want NPC dialogue you need "Thief 1.7 Voice Lines".

Yeah already download it, i unpack thief 1.7 voice lines with BSA, and then move it manually to my skyrim le data along with the esp... But my game won't open, any solution to this?

You unpacked the BSAs? LE doesn't work with BSAs. The esp is also only for the BSAs so you shouldn't need this. Otherwise something else has gone wrong with the manual install.

The voice packs are pretty simple - I can't think of any other reason why they would cause CTD on game launch.

There is a guide here for converting BSA voicepacks to LE:

VoiceForgeStudio can be considered a successor to xVASnth.  It's available on the nexus and works surprisingly well to generate close approximations of vanilla dialogue.

Looks interesting. If I ever get back into generating dialogue myself (I haven't done this since 2024, tbh I barely even play skyrim anymore) I'll look into it. How is the quality compared to xVASynth?

Yeah, i unpack the bsa files with BAE tools, so i move the voice files to thief folder in my skyrim data... So i don't need this esp file?

Any solution what im suppossed to do?

Edit : finally i figure it out, first i unpack the bsa file with BEA until it becomes loose files and i remove the esp file at the same time.. And then i pack back the loose files to bsa with Cathedral Assets Optimizer, after that loose files become to bsa again i extract/zip it with winrar... Then the final thing install that zip to your mo2 or nmm then voilaaaa
