Weird Gap between between body and hair or neck items. CBBE

Hey guys.  So I'm getting a semi-weird and fully annoying glitch when using CBBE (i activated mods one by one until I found the culprit).  Hair (mostly the Apachii Sky Hair, but any hair that crosses over the front of the body and hangs down to any degree) and Neck Items (amulets, etc.) "float" about 3-4 digital inches away from the chest - they're still attached to the neck normally, but it's like some invisible force is holding the end of it above my character's chest a few inches.  I don't remember it happening right when I activated CBBE and Sky Hair, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention.  I mean, I guess I can just avoid some of the hair options, but amulets poke out of my chest armor as well, and there's really nothing I can do about that.

Also, for Sky Hair, it seems only the top half of the hair is dynamic, causing it to "scrunch" on itself when I perform an action such as sneaking.  Essentially half of the hair disappears into the rest of the hair and creates an awkward unnatural "angle" where the two textures meet.

I searched online and it appears no one really has these issues that I could find.  Is the "floating" issue just an unfixable consequence of using the CBBE bodies or has some file become corrupted?  I haven't tried a complete reinstall of everything yet, simply because I don't think it's worth it, but if there's a way to fix this I'd like to know.  I can provide screenshots if you want, currently though I'm not at my "Skyrim" computer.

I'm not using any other mods that should affect this other than maybe "Enhanced Character Edit," but again through testing one by one it seems 99% that CBBE is the lone culprit, with Sky Hair's interaction with it playing a secondary role (but again the skeleton issue seems to be the problem).  Any help would be lovely.

Thanks guys!

EDIT:

Here are the pics.  I tried "setnpcweight 100" and it didn't fix it, these screens were taken after doing so.  I don't really understand how console works completely but I'm assuming I just hit tilde "~" click on my character, and then type "setnpcweight 100" right?  Or is there a different command for the PC?  Or whatever.  Dunno, lol, further help appreciated.

They are adult screenshots, so, like, I'm assuming all of you are adults as this is an adult oriented website, but heads up just in case.

Open the console

Click here on to NPC/PC at (its ID appears).

hen give a setnpcweight 100.

You can also try 99.

Sometimes it is the NPC have a horror head, but after a cell change(fast travel, city enter / City exit) are the textures again ok.

If it does not work, I have no other idea, sorry

Just posting again to let people know I've edited the OP with attachments of the problem, and to say I still need help.  :/

Thanks guys.

That's normal, its to account for armour, you know so it doesn't clip.

Except that pendants show OUTSIDE my armor (depending on the armor, I currently have elven and it's thick enough but the thieves guild armor isn't).  Like, only the pendant part, and usually half of it, the chain is still "under" the armor, and the pendant pokes out of solid leather or whatever.

Also, the hair still clips. :/  And while we're talking about that, isn't the point of most mods (particularly the adult oriented ones) to be viewed, like, without armor?  Once you pop that headpiece on most or all of the hair goes away anyway, amirite?

I'm totally a noob when it comes to how modding works but is there no way to tell the hair to adjust based on whether there is a piece of conflicting armor that is equipped?  Vanilla Skyrim seems to not clip the hair, for instance, but it still seems to fall naturally.  Granted Vanilla hair looks like shit, but still.  Can you not have a script that says, "Okay hair, you are currently attached to the head of a totally naked female, adjust downward a few inches." and then "Oh crap, Hair!!  She's put armor on!  Better adjust outward so you don't look physically impossibru!!"

And the pendant thing, again, doesn't make much sense.  If they wanted it to be on the outside of the armor then the adjustment wasn't enough for any armor, but imo they should just leave it for "underneath" the armor.

But then what you're saying is that this is intentional?  Okay then, not much I can do I guess, unless I want to spend a few hours learning how to mod and adjust shit, which I don't, haha.

Thanks for the response, if anyone else has something that will help me, always open for suggestions.

Hair and pendants are adult mods? you use helmets???

Bethesda made there assets to work together, as a team.... organized.... there was probably even some one over seeing what that team was doing....

modders don't work as a team with a leader they work alone (mostly) and don't have a standard to work too, sometimes they have to compromise to do what they want to do.

I mean, do you have any idea how many body types there are (or can be thanks to bodyslide) for skyrim? or armours? what will fit nicely with 1 will not fit nicely with the others.

So yes the hair was intentional, and the pendent looks vanilla to me but even if its not that was done intentionally too...

you're absolutely right, it is impossible for a modder to do this work. there is, as I mentioned, so many body types and thousands of armor. it is impossible for all long hair the bodies and armor suit! of course it would look better if the hair would be directly on the body.

I'm sensing the slightest of hostility, sorry if I offended in any way.

CBBE is an adult mod.  From what I understood from what everyone said, CBBE is the problem here, and is the one who changed how the hair and pendant lay.

The pendant IS vanilla.  My understanding from what you said is that they adjusted the hair and the pendants so that they "fit" after equipping armor.  Otherwise the pendant would sit on the chest like normal.  As far as I know the skeleton for the CHEST (not the breasts, but the actual chest) shouldn't change, so why change the position of the pendant?  If I misunderstood then I'm sorry.  I can understand how difficult it would be to adjust hair as the breasts are augmented and whatnot, whatever.  But the pendant lies between the breasts, and therefore shouldn't cause an issue.

At this point it's just pointless debating on ideals though, I guess.  I suppose it just irks me when things are done that don't really make sense, haha.  (Shout out to all the modders out there though, you guys are great!).

So from what I understand:

1) It's intentional.  They adjusted items to lay down comfortably on armor.  If CBBE's to blame then an adult mod....adjusted the framework for...nonadult elements...

2) It's *Fixable* but ridiculously complicated, and would have to be different for different frameworks, ergo nearly impossible.

K.  Thanks for the responses.

No hostility, just blunt when tired.

CBBE is a body replacement mod, it only replaced the body it never changed anything else.

The pendent is in the same place its been since the game was released.

The difference between the vanilla body/armour and the one your using is what caused the gap.

And too "fix" the pendent (though not really a fix as everything is working as intended) you can make an adjustment to the pendent to fit how you personally would like.

And your skill level with max/blender would determine how easy it is, but even a just started beginner should have no problem doing something so simple.
