[XCL] [0.25.2] BLACKED

This mod adds Black male NPCs to X-Change Life, giving Summer City’s beautiful women exactly what they need.  
Female MCs can now get hit on by them, sleep with them, and even make them fuckbuddies.

It does not replace existing random guys—it adds to the pool and makes the game hotter.

 

 

⚙️ Frequency Settings

You can customize how often Black men appear via the mod options:

  • Less – 1 in 3 chance  
  • Normal – 1 in 2 chance  
  • More – 2 in 3 chance  
  • Always – Every guy is Black

  • 27 new achievements  
  • 6 BLACKED outfits per girl

🗝️ How to Unlock Kendra's Questline

To start the BLACKED storyline with Kendra:

  1. Attend Dredd’s party (Serum Scene foursome) 3+ times  
        You must get cummed on while stripping
  2. Speak with Victor Maddox (Bruce/SWP storyline from v0.21.5)  
       To do this, you must:

        → Reach Sales Level 3+  
        → Make Bruce angry:
            • Win a Blackjack pill bet (he turns into Bree)  
            • OR: Bet your masculinity, lose, take the Resistance deal, then break it

  3. Wait 4 in-game days  

  4. Visit The Broken Drum — Kendra will stop you outside and the story begins

*You do NOT need to go through with the Corpo Revenge party. Just start the Victor storyline.*

 

 

🎭 Supported Characters

This mod supports 9 of the 10 base girls.  
Cassidy is not supported. (See below for details.)

⚠️ Why Cassidy Isn't Included

Cassidy originally used images from Cassidy Banks, but now uses Autumn Falls, who does not perform interracial scenes.  

I may release Cassidy Banks as a standalone PC in the future.

 

 

📥 Installation

  1. Download BLACKED-Core.xcl from this page  
  2. Download BLACKED-Media.xcl from Pixeldrain or GoFile
  3. DO NOT UNZIP the .xcl files  
  4. Load them with the in-game mod loader

 

 

🧩 Compatibility

This mod modifies the generate random guy passage—but it doesn’t overwrite it.  
If another mod does overwrite it, load BLACKED after that mod.

I’ll keep this updated as needed, but let me know if you run into errors.

Known conflict: Bar Drug  
A patch is available—only needed if you're using Bar Drug.

 

 

❓ Why I Made This

On my first XCL playthrough, I kept hoping for a Black guy to hit on my MC at the bar.  
It never happened.

I loved the Dredd content and knew there was a huge opportunity to bring more of that to the game.  
Nobody else was tackling it, so I did.

Excellent mod so far, looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.  I did notice some bugs related to video titles not loading correctly.  Jia's slow and sensual is mispelled "senusal" so it doesn't load, same with 2 sex positions for Rae, Passionate Missionary (simply spelled Passionate.mp4) and fucktoy (game looks for file called fuktoy.mp4, but the actual video file is spelled correctly as fucktoy.mp4.  Haven't done extensive testing beyond one Jia playthrough but I'm impressed with what I see so far and haven't encountered any other issues.

 

In terms of feedback, a filter option for black and white sex is a must have for the sex skills menu.  I feel like that shouldn't be too hard to implement, sex positions are already classified and filterable as active, passive, cowgirl, etc, so an additional filter for white or black should be simple and much appreciated.  Other than that, your roadmap seems great as is.  I'm especially looking forward to the additional flavortext you plan for 0.5.

Getting a bunch of "unfamiliar name" and "looks" missing data name errors, this is with most random encounters; at the mall, bar, etc

I found behaviour I can't explain. at <BLACKED-Core.js>, I inserted debug lines here:

  

        d = u.slice(1),
        h = create_black_guy(d);
      a.set(p, h);
    }
    console.log(window.GE.guy_database.get(e).get(s).size);
    console.log(window.GE.guy_database);


Now what's crazy is in the console, it prints out 14 a bunch of times, for 10 normal guys + 4 added black guys.

But then if I expand the map object of the guy_database.... all the expanded maps... have only 10 entries!!!!

I note that this will break with

 because the latter calls the init_agecat javascript function, which happens to reset all the NPCs added to the game. Workaround is to edit either mod, and make sure that Random Male NPC is run before blacked, so it doesn't reset its additions.

Fyi, I'm much more reachable on discord for bug reporting, but I'll make an effort to address things brought up here as well.

 

@NSFW_COBRA someone had reported it on discord, the latest patch should fix it. The technical answer is, that passage is bugged in the base game, so I did a little workaround fix for it. Literally had nothing to do with my mod, I just wanted it fixed lol... But yeah, that Exhibitionist changes that passage a bit, so I just walked back my fix for it and submitted a fix for it in the base game's repo. Aphrodite already pulled it into the game's latest branch so it'll be in the next version that goes live.

 

@Lazyby thanks so much for the feedback, I completely agree with you on the filtering part - I actually had that planned for either 0.2.0 or 0.3.0, depending on if I can figure that part out. As for the filenames, I did some early renaming and neglected to update the position code, I'm pretty sure I've resolved all of those in like 0.1.2ish, but let me know if you still see anything like that.

 

@RoxDox Sort of? In discord some people in the community had a bunch of good ideas about a separate location with a bunch of BLACKED/BNWO/QoS type of material associated with it, but I also know that's not everyone's thing so I'd want to try to separate it out if I can. I have some ideas floating around still but nothing concrete. It would be after I get the rest of the girls and some other scenes done before I could look at doing anything like that.

 

@genericuser27 Yes they can, interracial pregnancy support was already in the game, there were just no black guys to knock them up!

 

@mijhy Thanks for your thorough report. I saw your post on the mod loader topic and spoke with the dev about it. The JS files should get loaded after the base game, so that shouldn't be a problem when it's just this mod and the base game. But as you found out with mods, that's a different story. So I took a quick look and proposed some solutions to @ButchDiavolo, I think the fix would on their end either with editing the JS or with adding a meta so mine can load after theirs. Need to test some things to find out.

Excellent mod really, but I keep getting all sorts of random call up and missing link messages when I invite one of them home. Any workaround or fixers? Oral works fine, sex at bar/club/mall/beach, are fine. Its just when the dude comes over, and during sex, the following comes up. if I click any of those, then one of the sales demo sequences would come up.

I'm not sure if you're the person that came to discord and told me about this but it's been resolved in the 0.2.0 update. Inviting guys and having them invite themselves over was only a problem if you used the new-u and turned into somebody where this mod wasn't supported.

I've got a "little problem"! I am not new to modding X-Change so theoretically I did everything as I had to, but even though my best effort the mod is buggy as hell. I gave a try to the mod with Alina and Lana but in both cases more than half of the videos are missing. The game cannot find them, it only shows me these error lines with their purple background... 

 

Do anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Hmm, do you have the latest version as well as the latest media?

If you had the media file from the first playtest, you have to remove it and only use the newer one. There was a hiccup where the mod loader sees that as something different since it now has a meta file. 

 

It could also be maybe a conflict with another mod? I'm not entirely sure, I haven't seen anybody else report a problem with it since this latest release, so I believe it would have to be with something with your install.

Yeah, sorry! I've found out what the problem was. I forgot to update the multiplecharacter mod. :D Sorry for wasting your time! It's a great mod though, congratulation! I am looking forward to the next updates.

just curious about the timeline...

 

Not to look a gifthorse in the mouth, but can you estimate how long youll be working on this mod ?

 

a few months ? a year?

 

Im not sure about all the work involved or the level of difficulty it takes....

 

Anyhow!  Thanks so much for making this!  Its the perfect mod for my favorite porn game

Great question. I don't think anyone ever plans to abandon a mod, it just kinda happens when interest drops off. I can say that I definitely look at this as a long term project though. I have a lot of things I want to accomplish but I know I will have to pace myself so I don't get burnt out. I also have about 12 or so other projects I want to work on, so in terms of how long I'll be around the XCL modding scene, the answer is hopefully a long time.

 

For this specific mod, I've done a fair amount of planning in regards to getting content lined up. It's just the actual clip making and coding that really needs to take place here, at least in terms of getting to a state where all the girls are enabled. Hopefully that is completed within the next 3ish weeks. Then try and tackle the coworker/secretary beast.... and then after that I'll probably take a little break to shift to other mods and come back around to this one with new scenes

 

Hopefully that answers your question.

hello there chloeana, I have run into some similar trouble as metioned by Clofey, as well as Octavius. rhough i am unsure if it it your mod that causes it, as it have worked for some time without any issues, but i have also upgraded a few mods in the last few days without having a chance to play in the mean time, so am unsure if one of these have caused an issue, as the modloader does not seem to see any problems. only a few that have been there from earlier, without to much trouble. As it was asked in the other messages suggestions that it might be the mods where not both up to date, I believe that to be the case. including the multiple characther mod as well, even tried to reintroduce an earlier version, but that only seem to cause a few other issues 🙂 

 

to see the issue here is a sceenshot

 

but I also have perhaps updated these, as well as atleast some of the other mods as well, by downloading the new ones and then just threw them into the modloader without thinking removing the older ones and just said yes to update the current ones whenever it suggested, so some of the trouble might lay there as well.

 

but any way, any thoughts, suggestions.
