Trying to troubleshoot over a forum like this is literal torture, please come to the discord for assistance. I can tell you that this isn't happening for me and others are not reporting this, so it seems like it is an issue with you/your setup/your environment.

I'm running into some issues with the mod and I'm not sure if its an issue with the mod itself or something I am doing. I'm on the latest version of both the game and the mod, but whenever a black NPC triggers a masculinity crisis, the game allows you to choose between the options of how to deal with it, but the screen will just go blank when actually selecting either the memory puzzle or the word flash. The word flash seems to allow you to complete it, but will then trigger a blank screen afterwards, whereas the memory puzzle won't trigger the option to choose whichever pictures you want to use.

Ran into same problem with xcl 25.9 and blacked 0.4.29 and blacked media 0.4.2. Turning blacked off.

I'm running Blacked and not getting this problem; go to discord and check there for updates first, and check no load order problems and mod incompatibility first.

I don't have Discord. I'm sorry, but if the author posts the mod here they should be arsed to also offer support here instead of requiring us to go to some 3rd party software that demands our phone no. etc, but thats just imho.

 

I used validate button to do load order.

I understand reluctance to install and use DIscord but the reality is more updates are visible in the MOD RELEASES page... it's worth it, plus there's excellent support there if you are having problems. Make sure to Validate then press LOAD button (which shows incompatibilities) and finally REBUILD which updates the html file in the game MODDED folder. gl

As I stated from the very first day this was posted, my support here will be delayed because I don't log onto LoversLab every single day. Whereas Discord I am on pretty much all the time. It's not a requirement that you come to discord for support, it is a preference. You can choose to do as you please, I don't require anything, it was simply stated in order to get quicker or real time support then that is the path.

 

As to the issue that is being presented, I am not experiencing it myself, and aside from you (and this one other person), I haven't had any reports of anybody else experiencing since it was fixed in 0.4.28. If you are having an issue, it is likely due to continuing an existing save or some kind of mod conflict.
