SaintHusky Posted May 29 Posted May 29 So B41 had a github branch that had actual belly growth~. Wondering if that's a possibility in 42 too~. Great work either way.

Thank you (谢谢) LXZ616 for the chinese translations. I've updated the file with additional downloads (Chinese and Portuguese translations), just download and activate both mods, the main mod and the translation mod. I can "easily" add other languages if more folks request, although, unless provided by someone, the google translation will be used.

Hurainfox Posted June 3 Posted June 3 I noticed during gameplay that if I select the pregnant trait at the start and adjust the pregnancy cycle duration, the game still uses the default 14-day cycle for the pregnant trait after starting, rather than the modified cycle time. Is this a bug or an intended feature?
ZinTek Posted June 5 Posted June 5 So, I am new to modding this game. Is this the right spot for it and is this what I need?
Hurainfox Posted June 6 Posted June 6 I'm using the ZomboDesire or ZomboRut with ZLBF, but after entering the game, ZLBF shows this error. I don't understand why—could it be because ZomboLust is missing?

Did you ensure you installed all the requirements for Being Female?

Weird one here. can you try to install a mod called "Moodle Framework" to see if that fix the issue, that mod should not be required, but this logs points me that my mod is trying to use it even if not available (another thing I will investigate)
Zikhad Posted June 15 Author Posted June 15 (edited) Hi friends, new version dropped with fixes from the bugs @Hurainfox mentioned! I've also uploaded the translation patches for Chinese and Portuguese Edited June 15 by Zikhad 1
AliRenegade Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Any chance of this being able to work alongside Knox Survivors, it would be very cool being able to have sex with other survivors and possibly have kids with them that grow up, I know there is a part of the Realism mod that adds in ages and also has the option to play as a child which gives you a less developed looking player model.
veedanya Posted July 1 Posted July 1 I like the mod, but have one major critique: The lactation system feels like playing a cheat mod. There's no real penalty for lactating as far as I can tell (in calorie consumption, water consumption, or discomfort when full) so you can basically create a perpetual motion machine where you're outputting more calories and water than you're actually consuming. So no need to actually farm or scavenge or hunt. And if that wasn't enough, you can additionally use the character to convert perishable calories (e.g., food that will eventually rot) into storage-stable calories (milk seems to have no expiration date). So lactation additionally acts as a food preservation system. All these advantages with almost no drawback is what makes it feel cheaty. I'd like to see some change -- or at least an option to toggle, if some people want the cheat-mode system -- where you actually consume more resources to offset the increased resources from milk. And as a minor quality-of-life suggestion, I'd like milking to be less micromanagement intensive. Currently you need I think 4-5 separate jobs to empty the milk, which means you can't really fast-forward through it like other tasks that are boring (e.g., just sit there and wait for the character to finish, like reading books or crafting). I'd either have milking drain all available milk in one job, or if that's too complex to code, maybe have the normal milking job swap out of a "drain all" if it detects the player has the maximum capacity moodlet.
Bazzal Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Being female is not showing up in the mod load order when the game is launched. I'm on Build 42. I can't download Zombolust cause its unavailable currently. Has anyone had this issue of Being Female not showing up?
Radaworm Posted July 5 Posted July 5 @Bazzal (google traslator) I play PZ 42.19, being female 1.12, I don't play with zombo lust (I can't help you there). Check if you installed it correctly. Here's an example directory: C:\Users\XXXXX\Zomboid\mods\ZomboLust.Being.Female-1.12.0\42. If you have extra folders, it won't read correctly. I hope it helps, because I did make a mistake there.

Good points overall... @veedanya. This is the kind of feedback that helps me to balance out the mod. I will add to my list to review the lactation balance. I will also see about improving the recipe as well

Despite the name, my mod does not have a hard requirement on the Zombolust.
Jultompt3n Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Do i need Babies mod for it too or are there conflicts? My game keep crushing and im not sure is its because of the Babies mod

Radaworm Posted July 17 Posted July 17 @Jultompt3n Nope. You don´t need it. The only mod that you need is moodle framework ( only for moodles). Being female got no dependencies. Thats perfect @Bazzal np!!!
LostCommander Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Currently attempting to use the 41 builds and I feel like I missed a step somewhere since I cant seem to get the mod to appear on the mod list. Additional mods Qol mods and ZomboWin with its add ons also run fine and appear. Weirdly In separate testing, 42 builds appear on the the version 41 mod list and reasonably don't work. Ive tried 1.8.1, 1.8.0, 1.7.1 on version 41.78.19. I'm certain I'm doing something incorrectly here and i'm just hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
UMBRAWOLF Posted Friday at 06:25 AM Posted Friday at 06:25 AM How long does the very close to giving birth moodle supposed to last?. Spawned in with the Pregnant Trait, and it's been over 15 days and my character has yet to give birth.
