How does abortion work? Not seeing anything for it.

Tried to install latest version, it only gives me the 42 folder, not the mod itself. So it doesn't show up in the in-game modlist?

Did you downloaded the ZomboLust.Being.Female-1.12.1.zip ? It should expand a "ZomboLust.Being.Female-1.12.1" folder containing a 42 folder, a logo.png, mod.info and poster.png... that ZomboLust.Being.Female-1.12.1 is what you should move to your mods folder, isn't that what you are seeing?

It does not... there is no abortion mechanic yet
