alxfr Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 (edited) Hey everyone! I have modded Skyrim before which seemed like a piece of cake compared to FO4 xD. Regardless, I wanted to try out Fallout 4 after watching the new show but decided not to update it because I feared it might break other mods or make them incompatible. Anyway, my game version is v1.10.980, It showed me errors regarding LLFP so I went ahead and got the v48 version which seemed to fix the issue. I have also tried to reinstall LooksMenu from Nexus and tried the current version and the previous version which still didn't fix my problem. Thanks! -alxfr **UPDATE**: My issue was fixed after downgrading to 1.10.163 or the last update for the Legacy/Last-gen version. If you don't want to downgrade, WAIT FOR THE NEW VERSION OF AAF THEY'RE WORKING ON IT. But other than that, v1.10.163 works fine, no major issues regarding the mods. Edited July 20, 2024 by alxfr
flutie Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 it would be ideal to use this guide with a fresh AAF install, but you can double check your esp to make sure they are activated, anything overwrite looks menu, should load first before AAF and mods, but read the guide if you have not, that is how i learned

I did a fresh mod installation to a tee as shown in the guide. It still gives me code for LooksMenu. I think I can fix LLFP by getting v48 again. Maybe It's because my game isn't up to date? Would you recommend downgrading to the previous gen? Thanks!
flutie Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 i mean you can try it, but downgrading may cause issues with other mods, but best bet is to update to latest patch

Yeah, you were right! You need the Fallout v1.10.984 for all the mods to work. None of the LL mods seem to work properly with v1.10.980. I ended up downgrading which wasn't a big deal and seems like all the mods work so far. 1
