You appear to have engine fixes installed so did you enable the animation fix in the EngineFixes.toml in \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\skse\plugins

 

Don't use it myself as i have animation limit crash fix to handle that ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31146?tab=description ) but believe this should be set to TRUE under FIXES

 

AnimationLoadSignedCrash = false        # Fix a misplaced use of a signed value. Should allow to load more animations before CTD

Doesn't look like it's related to animation count after all. The game runs fine with 20,000 animations with no DD, but when lowered to about 10,000 with DD, it all of a sudden crashes. I've installed all the compatibilities.
