Skeleton compatible with type 3 cali body that doesnt break npc animations?

I cant seem to find any solution. I found one skeleton that doesn't make the body stretch way out (meaning its compatible with the body (I'm also assuming the NVCS compat skeleton is completely incompatible with it since it does the same stretchy thing)), and yes I've tried this ancient skeleton which seems to have been the original for these kind of mod needs and used specifically for this body replace because it was one of the earliest but no the body would just stretch out all weird again like with NVCS, but it seems apple jam skeleton must break all conversation animations (head tracking doesn't work and body is stiff (no idles like arms moving as a new string of dialogue starts or anything) specifically when standing in conversation. Sitting animations in conversation or other non default stand pose conversation animations work perfectly and also have head tracking.

Now I previously just used type 4 and everything worked perfectly (with NVCS), I only want to switch because I wanted to use the pregnancy mod and that mod uses that body type and I'd just prefer if there was no weird char model changes and clothing mesh inconsistencies when pregnant since all the maternity clothes are made for that too. Another thing to note is that trying to use a different skeleton it still would also not function normally whereas it did previously so I must've broke something else in the meshes and animations somehow? This leads into the next problem here.


In all my info scouring I did find one person with a near exact issue to me on a nexus forum post somewhere (caused by a different mod but same symptoms) and he fixed it in a way specific to that mods problem which I cant seem to replicate, an alternative solution given was to reinstall literally everything which I ended up trying but it didn't work and I had the same problem (again probably because I have to use the same skeleton) but I'm also using TTW (there is no incompatibilities with that as far as I know and it works all fine, and did previously when i played a while with Type 4 and NVCS) and there might have been a problem with me not doing a clean install of Fallout 3 since I figured the problemed file causing it would be in the New Vegas files since its the main executable and file locations so to speak and Fo3 would just be a mod applied on top of it. I deleted everything again so I'm ready to try once more but if it wastes a couple hours just for it to be completely broken once again its going to suck and I'm pretty certain the minor change in installing the game and TTW wouldn't change anything unless I change what and how I install the mods after everything is setup afterwards.

 

Sorry this is formatted quite messily and there is a lot of information soup there but I don't want someone to just suggest things I know about and have already tried if they do end up replying. Also my first real post in this format so thanks if you do reply and thanks more if you know whats wrong and can tell me.
 

TLDR; Cali body compatible skeleton breaks conversation anims and head tracking and other skeletons seem incompatible.
