Also grab the UI shader activator ini or none of them will work.

 

Keep in mind, most of the games UI was redesigned and Kuro seem to be committing to using dynamic atlas textures for certain UI assets which are unmoddable, so there's a limit to the things I can actually mod over. That being said, thanks to my hard work on the portraits mod, I was able to reuse the portrait driver to save some stuff that woulda otherwise been lost.

That does come with a caveat though, I couldn't get resolution/aspect ratio scaling working perfectly so there might be some weird positioning bugs depending on your resolution for certain animated assets. Again, that's just how it is, I'm just happy I managed to save as much as I did considering how fucked the UI situation is.

From the comments on the post, it seems you are very skilled at fixing UI and character mods.

 

Could you please help me fix these UI mods? Also, could you please help fix the hash values of these weapon mods?

Hi, I'm the one who made this mod, (different name on this forum due to old nickname) I'm waiting for the last hashes that incogACC hasn't added yet to the hashupdater to his portrait mod, to publish the update for 3.3.

Currently missing Jiyan ( i know his hash changed) and Luuk (no idea if his changed).

I don't want to publish a partialy working update.

I do basic texture edits, so I take a mod with a "nude" base body that has no nipple/pussy textures and I add the nipple/pussy textures by porting them from a different texture and smoothing them out to blend with the skin tone.

Alright, a couple of questions. When you port over the textures for the pussy/tits from another mod, do you place it somewhere randomly on the main mod and trial and error where to put it in the right spot? I can probably just learn this by cross referencing the og mod and your modifications but an answer would be appreciated. Also, how do you make the texture only edits not look flat? I’ve been trying to port over textures from another mod but they just look super flat even when blended in.

 

As for the blender stuff, I don’t do that either and I’m prob not going to so I’ll just stick to modifying existing mods. I think there’s a tool for reversing the mods but it’s gatekept or something like that.

 

The last part is the one I don’t understand the most. Adding toggles and what not for the clothes and other stuff has completely stumped me. The furthest I’ve modified ini files so far is just putting ; next to some draw indexes to remove particular clothing that’s already specified in the ini.

Anyone know why a character mod might cause the sclera to appear dark inside the eyeball (image 1)? Changing the camera angle (image 2) sometimes makes one eye return to normal (white), but only from that angle, so the issue isn’t fully resolved. Image 3 shows how it looks without mods. I tried Moonholder's mod fixer but it only fixes broken textures and not the sclera problem. Thanks in advance.

theres a mod thats conflicting with your other mods. i would disable one at a time to see which is the mod thats messing with the others..
last time this happen to me it was a Ciaccona/Jinhsi mod

I've used a mod repair tool, and now my mod hashes all look correct. I've also used the configuration you set in xxmi. The previous problem was that zooming in on the camera would restore the mod to normal, but during combat, some attacks would zoom out, and the mod would break because of the camera zooming out. Or, after switching characters, I still had to zoom in on the camera for the mod to temporarily work. Adjusting the settings didn't solve the problem. My Start Method requires using Manual to enter the game; using Native causes the game to crash after displaying the Kuro logo. Could the startup method have an impact? The in-game LOD is also set to the highest.

Check the ini file for toggles, it's 5-0, arrow keys and numpad 1-9.

Thank you for the solution, it was indeed a conflict as it works normally with just that one mod enabled. I will try and figure out which mod caused the conflicts.

I usually use a preset that I feel gives a good look with slightly better performance and less ghosting.

But in moments like this, I feel that another, more aggressive preset does contribute quite a bit.

Hi! I really like your "Aggressive" preset. I'm wondering which plugins make the skin colors look like 3D animation(just like those popular animations on Iwara)? I saw your first reshade preset version before but forgot to save it. So glad I found it again! (Sorry for my poor English, it's not my first language)
