Honestly speaking, both Changli's and Carlotta's skins don't look all that appealing to me, if Kuro is gonna nerf them even further then even more reason not to buy. I'm waiting for modders to convince me to buy both skins just like how Hazeker and Kanou Sakura convinced me to buy Jinhsi's skin.

The hashes updated, these are the new ones. I use VB hashes 'cus I'm lazy, Ctrl + F12 should bring up the hunting guide, that's how you hunt hashes.
